Enhance connection, communication, and balance within the body

Our bodies are composed of roughly 70 TRILLION cells.

​

These cells are controlled by your brain. Your brain signals all of these cells by sending impulses through your nervous system to the rest of your body. 

​

Like any relationship, communication is vital.

If the connection between your brain and body is optimal, then your body is happy and functioning the way it should. 

​

However, when we experience stress and are unable to adapt and integrate experiences (hello 2020!) it can result in a decreased expression of health.

It could be a physical stress (perhaps a sports injury, a motor vehicle accident, giving birth to a child, or even poor ergonomics at work)

Sometimes it's mental/emotional stress (making a career change, losing a loved one, or having an argument with a spouse)

​

Or it may be a chemical stress (medications, food additives, cleaning products, or pollution)

​

When our bodies are unable to process and integrate these stressors, they build up in your body creating bound energy that you come to experience as symptoms: low back pain, headaches, fatigue, anxiety, digestive issues, difficulty sleeping, etc. 

​

If there is a disconnection between your brain and your body, the result is dis-ease.

​

To summarize, your body thrives in an environment that is able to communicate. Using a variety of techniques we are able to release tension that has built up in your system and give your body another opportunity to adapt to the stress.
